Anyone know if its still worth anything because of the base dmg.....

Yeah I don't think that anyone would buy it b/c it's not max DMG so merch (wow finding that must be like a kick to the teeth)

i whas rathere pissed when it whasent maxed yes..
Tho sorry to ask this here, is there a tabel for how much less this weapon deals compard to a 15-22?

I believe that a 14-21 does like 1-3 dmg less than a 15-22, from what I've seen. All it does is have higher criticals I think.
