Works perfect. You must be idiot to get killed when foe are blinded 90%,
and has 25% + 25% + 52% chance to miss with attack

Just wondering, but could this be done with a mesmer primary? I am guessing it would since the attributes should be able to work out the same way.

maybe, dont have Me to test on. But even with Blind (90% chance to miss),
25% + 25% + 52% it some miracle way manages to hit you, with lower Reckless Haste and it aint lastin for soo long you wont get the same energy boost and it will hit you more often. But dunno, try it
