This is my first time posting in this forum so bear with me if the format is wrong or if this idea has been posted before (search is down so I couldn't check).
With more people playing Guild Wars than ever before and not showing any signs of slowing down, it's only natural that there are a lot more inconsiderate people playing the game. What I would like to propose is that a sort of feedback system be implemented into the game. The groundrules for this system are simple:
Feedback can be given as Favorable or Unfavorable. Each account is only allowed to give feedback to another account once and can only give feedback once every 30 minutes. Also accounts must have been activated for 30 days before it can recieve or give feedback to other accounts. Your rating is then given as a percentage of Favorable feedback next to your guild tag, for example Player Name [GUILD] (65%). However this will not show until you have recieved at least 10 feedback votes from other accounts.
Granted this system might be perfect but it might make people actually accountable for their actions and consider treating other players with more respect. Lemme know what you think and if this would be a good addition to Guild Wars.

This would be massively abused. As you can see by reading these forums quickly, people don't say anything when they're happy, but they'll let everyone know when they're unhappy.
