But seriously though... Unless the staff has both halves casting and halves skill recharge, you would be better off expert salvaging for one of the mods; which in this case would hopefully be the staff wrapping of enchantment.

~30k-ish if it has both inherent mods; i.e. halves casting & halves skill recharge.
~3-5k just for the skin if it has only one inherent mod.
