Travel To Tyria? Guardsman Chienpo?

My godness i'm out of ideas. I really want to go to tyria for getting my core skills but i cant... i have guild wars prophecies and factions but its on 2 different accounts, and i tried to transfer my formerly prophecies campaign over to factions, but it says its already in use. so what should i do? some dude told me to cal GW support and transfer Prophecies to Factions. if someone experienced peepz could help me this i would be gladely happy.

If their on two unmerged accounts...Thats it. Nothing more. Anet has a strict "we can't merge acconuts after they've been activated" policy.
When you created the account, it was very clear what you were doing (Theres plenty of confirmation screens, and its clear which you are doing) so its near impossible to not merge them if you meant to merge them.
If you didnt want them merged then, and changed your mind now...your out of luck

The only way to fix this is to rebuy factions or prophecies and then merge it this time.
