Domination 11+1+3=15
Fast Casting 8+1=9
Illusion 8+1=9
Dump rest in Inspiration
1:Energy Surge
2:Energy Burn
3:Power Spike
4:Phantom Pain
5:Shatter Delusions
6:Shatter Enchantment
7:Black Out
8:Res Sig(PVP) or Drain Enchant(AB)
The usage of the build is to kill noob boon prots , assasins with enchants , warriors with enchants...anything with enchants..use
Shatter Enchant First , Phantom Pain then shatter delusions(deep wound+75dmg),Energy Surge , Energy Burn , Power Spike the next spell that comes out
and black them out!
Build might take 15-20 minutes to get it down , but it works good..

you dont need illusion set that high. you'll get a deep wound duration of 7 or 8 seconds at just 2 or 3 illusion. when you time it right the deep wound will kill the target anyway. the degen from phantom pain isn't worth a high rank in illusion.
you could go 15 dom, 10 fastcast and 9 in inspiration. the rest in illusion. then you could bring power drain or energy drain or spirit of failure. something to get energy back cause right now you got nothing.
