Not at all, it'd be very easy. What it would require is more customization options at the character creation screen. The stats would be the same as for a normal hammer warrior, but your character would be a hammer-wielding dwarf. Or an avicara. Though, praise be Dwayna, not a Tauren or banana-eared elf.

More customization options is something I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing in the future, and I wouldn't be too surprised if it was possible to make your character a copy of Jalis Ironhammer.

Peace man

I wish people would simply stop reading threads they're clearly not interested in. Is it required that you must read every post - even when the subject line implies that you won't like the content? I guess mods ARE forced to read everything - I feel for you guys.

Anywho.

I have recently switched to WoW, though GW is and always will be, my first love. I think both games are outstanding in their own right, and yet both games could learn something from the other.

I'll be honest with you. GW was my first ORPG, and being a total newb (which I believe I still am), when I bought it I thought it was going to be more like what WoW actually is. Still, the monthly fee kept putting me off switching to WoW - and I loved what GW turned out to be anyway.

I eventually decided that £9 a month wasn't a lot of money, especially as we are effectively paying a GW subscription by buying new (albeit optional) chapters every 6 months. Hell, £9 is not a lot for a whole month of entertainment.

So I'll be playing both - and loving playing both (though I'm finding it difficult to find the time for both at the moment, so I'm WoWing more than GWing).

I guess what a lot of people want is GWoW

I honestly think I would leave GW if they increased the level cap. I've been done with leveling for some time now and I would like to keep it that way.

I do like the idea of "socketed" armor, though one could argue that is the concept behind runes >_o

I also like the idea of gaing bonuses for owning complete sets of armor, though I don't know if they would be worth it. I'm kind of torn on the issue now that I think about it.

Every update they make (with the exception of a few scattered ones) is to further balance or enhance the PvP play of Guild Wars as a whole.

Yes, Diablo 2 and WoW are fun. I won't deny that. They have some cool features, that would be neat to have in Guild Wars for PvE purposes. But sadly it's not a PvE game, so those features and abilities will never touch the lands of Tyria, Cantha, Elona, or future continents and Worlds we may play on.
I don't agree with this. Gaile said so herself that Factions was focused on PvP. And Nightfall is focused on PvE. ANet is trying to balance both PvP and PvE.

Level cap, WoW, GW vs ??? ... all arguements that have been done too many times to count.
