Let's say the Luxons steal House Zu Heltzer or the Kurzicks steal Cavalon. What happens then? Cause I think I saw someone's avatar with the Luxons controlling Altrumm Ruins, and the line was right around HzH.

Cavalon will forever automatically go to the alliance with the most Luxon Faction every so often. The same applies to House zu Helter for the Alliance with the most Kurzick Faction.
