Easy Way to Unlock Skills! (READ)

Opps, I read wrongly it stated it was only for new PVP chars, ignore this! :O

Let me guess on this one:

You thought that using a prebuild with certain skills unlocked those skills for you? (like using the boon monk build unlocked all those heals)?
