well... I have many questions and stuff to do with the game, it'd take me hours to find out the answers, maybe days of searching, whatever I search I get 0 results.

You always talk about things like 50HP monk build and 105HP monk build, what are they? What has ToA got to do with Farming ectos? What's UW?? How come I see people with 400k and I'm stuck with 2k?? What am I doing wrong, am I just crap or is there some sort of strategy?

55monk = monk with 55hp. 5 superior runes, and a -50hp offhand grim cesta.
UW = Underworld. Entrance to UW is in TOA for Prophecies campaign. Have to be ascended to get in and henchies aren't allowed.
Ectos drop in UW. Used for trading and Obsidian(FoW) armor.
Why people have 400k? Power trading, farming, running, etc.

why have 55HP, you'd die really fast.
And what's being ascended? I probably haven't, I'm e level 20, I was carrying 1k and still wasn't let into the underworld.

Many of the people with a lot of money have been playing for quite some time. It takes money to make money, and I'm not just talking about speculative investments.
To take advantage of the best option for making money you might need a character with a different primary class, different captured elites, or special equipment. All of that takes money and time.

Unless you have:
Mending with at least 8 in healing = 3pip health regen or regen of 6hp per second.
Protective Spirit = can't lose more than 10% of your hp from 1 attack, which in this case if 5 hp.
Healing breeze = +7-9pip health regen or regen of 14-18hp per second.

Here's a few tips about making money, tho:
1. Sell crafting materials and dyes to other players, NOT the merchants. you can get 2 - 3X what the merchant will give you. (Go by their sell price & deduct 30 - 40% and check what other people are selling it for to get an idea of a good price)
2. Farming the high-end areas will get you better drops. (Anything after the Desert, in Tyria.)
3. Ettin farming north of LA (by Ascalon settlement) and outside Bettleton will ususally get you a Sup. rune or 2, butthe prices have gone down a bit.

I ascended, I done all three missions, killed doppledanger, and no matter how many times I kill him, not matter how much money I bring with me, voice of grenth won't let me into the underworld, he says I haven't ascended, I seen the video though, it said "Your ascendance is now complete"
