Kill all the star tengu first, bypass all the Celestials - then double back and kill the celestials.
Takes about one hour - but you can do it with henchies.

the secret of nahpui quarter is henchies. I tried it atleast 5 times with real people until I got bored and tried it with henchies. It worked. With all my 5 chars, I've used henchies to beat that mission and it has always worked.

get all CASTERS henchies
press C and SPACEBAR
your longbow has far range.the key is to keep your distance!!!

Its very easy to hench it as a Ritualist or a Ranger. Not tried it with my Warrior or Monks yet. I generally go through the 2nd from left portal and kill the horsey. Always take out the parrot people first, then the celestial then the celestial spawns.
If you want the celestial weapons then take 5 keys for the chests on the way round. You may get lucky, and when I do it I usually find selling the drops and gold outweigh the cost for the keys.

Worked for me on Arborstone too but with henchman I never knew henchman could survive standing in a collapse zone getting mauled by 2/3 groups of Wardens and 2 Stone guardians for so long and not die...
