Directsong Http 500 errors for a while now when trying to get a license

For a while today I've been tryng to get my Direct song licences put on my laptop, but every time it attempts toget them in WMP, it gives me a 500 error.

Is this for everyone or just me.

if just me, how to fix ;_;
