If it doesn't have any other mods, Salvage and hope for the +5 or merch it.

What he said. Personally I'd salvage, b/c +5 mod is easy to sell, and if I dont get it, well it's only 300g or so lost, right? =P

+5's go for about 3k now, more if you're lucky.
