first - 50-60k according to sticky
second - 25kish
third - 5k ish as it is, more if u put enchant mod on it and sum1 wants to use it only for running
fourth - salvage and hope for furious, even though the hammer mastery mod isn't horrible

ignore this.
Don't ever mod something unless you are going to use it, seeing as on such a low-priced item it would not change the price.
