Hiya. Need a PC on these 2. I seriously hate how I can never get a 2nd mod on shields with +30 and this one is atop the list because of its req.

1. 20-30k (get 2nd opinion)
2. Req 8 +30 sold for 100k...req 7 could go for 150k I think

I've sold 2 req 8 +30 hp Celestials for 100k+5 ecto without problems. I'd push it for 150-200k+ I think. As for the wand, I can't see it, therefore I don't know the stats... Not that I would be any help on that anyway(I'm terrible with caster items). Good luck.
