Hello, I would appreciate your opinions on the value of these two items (both gold and max):

1. Dragon's Breath Wand
Fire damage 11-22 (req 8 Fire Magic)
Energy +4 (while enchanted)
Halves skill recharge of spells (chance 10%)

2. Icy Long Sword of Swordsmanship
Cold Damage 15-22 (req 8 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15%
Energy regeneration -1
Swordsmanship +1 (chance 19%)

A few opinions if possible -- thanks!

~10-15k for the wand; possibly more for the skin

15-20k wand
5-10k sword (-1 energy regen is the least desirable penalty in my opionion and everyone else i've asked)
