PC Pls on Perfect Gold Poisonous Sickle of Warding (canthan skin)

Hey Guys, I know skin and req are bad but I read the below extract on the how to value sticky and was wondering if this was worth anything.

Dmg 6-28 req 12
Dmf +15%^50
33% poison
+7ar vs elemental

Help appreciated, tx

The following items are worth keeping if they are white or blue:
1) Near Max Damage Or Close to Max Damage Tribal Axes
2) Near Max Damage Or Close to Max Damage Sickles

~30 k or so

Near max damage Sickles and Tribals are worth a very large amount, a 6-26 sickle was reported, but that's the highest around.

If you get one, post it!
