I need a Price Check on a perfect weapon please

Sundering War Axe of Warding
Gold
6-28 slashing damage
+15% damage while helath is above 50%
Armor Penetration 20% (20% chance)
Aromr +7 (vs. elemental attacks)

everything max , the only negative here is it isn't a very desirable skin. Can anyone help me with a prcie range?

Darnack Plainwalker looks like he could use a new axe... Customise and use it if you don't want to chance salvaging the wrong mod.
