How do you combin prophecy and factions?

I have both a Prophecies and a Factions account. How do i combine them into one account? I tried to combine them, i put factions account, and tried to ocmbine my prophecies, so i entered my prophecies access key but it says already in use, do i have to like delete my prophecies account to combine it with my factions?

if you have 2 separate accounts there is no merging.

it has to be done on the original account to add the key rather than create a new separate account

the only chance of saving this is if you purchased the factions key online from Play NCSoft
