i was wonderin if there was any places an mm could solo farm in factions for fun since most of kryta was farmable for an mm in prophecies

For fun? Try the Zen Daijun, the second mission on Shing Jea.

Apart from the fun, you might also get some dyes, monstrous rare materials and crappy gold items for your wisdom title.

Outside Shing Jea, I wasn't able to find any.
