What I would really like to see is luxon and kurzick armor sets for the paragon and dervish, it would give people both a reason to merge accounts and have their nightfall characters go to cantha...

besides it just wouldnt make sense... throughout the entire conflict not one paragon or dervish came to cantha >.> pfft!

I don't care if they dont make canthan 15k. But it would make sense if there were at least luxon and dervish o.o....

I know people say that anet already said they would not make content for expansion classes in other expansions... but come on, give us a little incentive for us to take elonians to cantha and vice versa... all we can get out of it is like.... explorer titles o.o. I mean just 1-2 armor sets and I'll be a happy bee! and have like 1-2 armor sets for rit/as in elonia

Unlikely, you can't get Rit or Assassin armour in prophecies, so I doubt there will be Luxon or Kurzick armour for the two Nightfall professions.

I wouldn't count on it. They might come up with a good surprise but... highly unlikely.

More likely is what they did with Assassins and Ritualists in Chapter 2: Give them more suits of 15k to choose from. In addtion to Shing Jea/Canthan/Kurzick/Luxon armor, Assassins and Ritualists have Exotic, Imperial, and Seitung armor to pick from. Paragons and Dervishes will probably have some similar sort of system.

Not likely at all. Chapter specific professions don't intertwine.

Which is retarded, because not only does it make those professions obsolete, but it gives no incentive to go back to those areas. Making all that effort pretty useless.

my problem is that i love to many armors for my warrior, and out of all his bags...i got about 10 spaces left, no storage space...so whut the heck am I suppose to do for nightfall's armorsets...im dissappointed ...i prob will not buy for that reason alone...

seriously, Takonic- Are you for real? It boggles my mind how you could say that the #1 reason for you never buying GW3 is because you have too much armor?

I sure hope this post was flame-bait or something- I seriously fail to see the logic of your statement. Was it a desparate plea for even MORE storage?

I wonder - for sure there will be new types of armors, but I expect they will be some of the faction's new types (berserkers, tempest and etc) with new graphics, otherwise we will be burrowed with armors in 1 year which will differ.

not having enuf inventory space for armors...sure its my own problem...but...sigh my only char i spend much on is my warrior...unless they start making either new armors that appeal to the people for other class...imma dissapointed...alot of other ORPG's have pages and pages of storage to hold things...so either..hating or not...its a problem I have so..

A)pages of storage
B)more appealing armors
c)bigger INV

and yes its its a problem...every game has lil things that annoy people..im picky bout that...but hey.....buying a game or not for your own reasons is a decision u make...its either burning crusade, or nightfall or hell...or another months internet bill .... if a game cant amuse u...why buy it and play it?...if u ran for GW$ around the world map..and its the only thing u enjoy...and they completely shut off running to towns...then would u buy the next game? and this is speaking if its the ONLY thing....i like to PvE...and collect armors...so if im limited to what i have...why buy and play it?

Not a chance.

Assassins and Ritualists can't craft armor in Tyria at all, so why would Paragons and Dervishes be able to craft armor in Cantha at all, much less craft Luxon or Kurzick armor?

It really isn't fair for paragons and dervs to not have Canthan armor, since sins and rts have Elonian armor. That means that ppl that buy Factions will have more variety of armor for their characters. I figured that what anet would do is not let sins and rts get armors for any other campaign but Factions and do the same for each upcoming campaign, but if they're not gonna do that then at least let Paragons and Dervs get some from factions so things can be equal among the two campaigns.

But they don't have Tyrian armor. And in the next chapter, if there are new professions, it's likely that paragons and dervish will get new armor in that one, and the new classes will not be able to get Prophecies, Canthan, or Nightfall armor. It is, in fact, very fair.

Think about it.

Well see sins and rts will have 3 campaigns they can score armor in, Paragons and dervs will have two and in the other campaign coming out the new classes will only be able to get armor from their campaign. I don't think the idea is fair at all you should be able to have the same variety from all the new classes, of course the six core professions get the most say, you can create them in every campaign, but rt, sin, par, and derv get the crappy end of the deal and with each new campaign the newer classes get less and less options, since the campaigns are seperate buys and can stand for themselves it would only be fair if that was the only place the new profs could get armor. But anet screwed this up by letting sins and rts getting armor in Elona. This is really hard to explain...

No, it's really not. The game started with Prophecies and is progressing along the story in a sort of timeline. Tyrians can get Canthan, Tyrians and Canthans can get Elonian and next, I'm sure, Tyrians, Canthans and Elonians will be able to get whatever armor is there. Why is this so hard to understand?

I'd argue that Canthans having armor from Tyria and Elonians having armor from Cantha or Tyria really doesn't make much sense.
