For long i havent played GW.
Yesterday i installed it back ,then , logged in my old account, but the game said my account is not authorized to play.
Honestly, i bought this game from a game shop and did nothing wrong in-game, not possibly making my account banned.
I sent an email to [email protected] but not a reply has came.
Who should i contact to save my account?

Do they have an email for this kind of problem or i must ask questions in that messageboard?

Just select your preferred language, and submit a support ticket under "ask a question". That'll go directly to the support people, and hopefully they can help you.
