| The Japanese site says: In this event, as for "パラゴン" the man character, as for "ダルウィーシュ" only the woman character is enabled. It is believed that the untranslated sections mean Paragon and Dervish. |
pa ra go n
ダ ル ウ ィー シュ
de ru u ii shu
Not entirely accurate translation on the dervish, but meh. My studybooks are at home to verify

Odd thing if they really allowed only one gender of each for the weekend preview o.0? Maybe we'll get only one face, one hair and one skintone as well

NCsoft as the publisher does some of the marketing. They deal with retailers (hence the "leaked" content info on EBgames) and they coordinate the Asian GW websites (hence the "leaked" images on the Japanese website yesterday and now these new images ("leaked" again?) on the Korean site.
I guess some poeple at ANet are pretty mad at NCsoft right now for messing up the marketing time schedule. Sh*t happens.

Mrm. I have to agree that the paragon doesn't look very... masculine. I mean, a mini skirt we can accept; a tanktop with man muscles and feathery wings drawn in it, we can... grudgingly accept. but... BOTH? whattahell. Add to that the fact he stands around with his hips slightly dislocated to one side, and there we have Priscillagon, Queen of the Crystal Desert, out to poke you with her spear!!!
Needless to say, my original plans to play a male para and a female derv once nightfall is out are undergoing serious reconsideration...
