Vs hexed is largly unwanted. A non perfect version of this such as the one attached to your butterfly (ie, anything under 15%) is not worth wasting time with. Even a perfect version is hard to sell. For instance: a req8 15^50 Fellblade will sell between 200-300k, if not more, while a req8 15 while hexed will sell for just 10k, maybe even less. So a high req weapon with 15 hexed = salvage/merchant, depending.
Staff is below max dmg (11-22) and max energy (+10). Any staff that isn';t max = salvage or merchant.
