Ok i deleted about 5-6 character because in the middle of the game i thought theyr hair style sucked and im about to do the same thing with pretty much all of my remaining characters. I dont think that peple should be able to change names or face and stuff but i think changing hair style and color is a thing you should be able to do. Maybe give it a somehow high fee so that pople dont change hair all the time. Lets say 10k for a hairstyle change and 3-8k for hair dye. I think that would be a great thing in the game and i hope a lot of other players would want that too...
