PC on gold Shadow Shield, req 8, -5, +10 armor V. cold...

+10 armor Vs. Cold Damage


I thought this shield was interesting, but had no clue what it might be worth

Really, does no one have any idea? I would've though this would be useful with all the IDS's & Icebreakers flying around in PvP.....
