plz PC my perfect/almost perfect chaos axe

ive had many PC's on this weapon most of which people said its worth 3-5k and thats "if i was lucky" lol.

i found this weapon in a chest in fow and spent 15k on upgrades for its did i waste my money?

well the upgrades won't add any value to it so you lost money in that sense
