Alright >.> I know its about 15 months before chapter 5 comes out
3 months before chapter 3
9 months before chapter 4
15 before chapter 15
But this is assuming that chapter 4 will have 2 new classes, making 6 core classes and 6 expansion classes.
how about for chapter 5 >.>... WE MAKE EXPANSION CONTENT ONLY!
it was said from what I heard that not every expansion will have new classes.
But here is what I don't get... its lame that they wont make new content for the rit/ass/der/par. I mean we paid the same price for each game! Why give the stupid warrior (i'm losing my love for them) more bulky armor and attacks and say to hell with these cool other classes?
I mean SCREW the core classes, i'm hating them slowly. We need a big one where its like....i dunno... its like 90% of the content is for the expansion classes o.o... basically making them core classes too >.>
Chapter 5: content only for expansion classes

And for extra PvE content you could open up more of the map, like the Eastern or Southern part of Cantha. And the increase in skills would be the update of PvP content. A nice idea, I like it, but the money making possibilities are small, you are depending on old users returning to buy this, and not on introducing more people to the game.

I agree with the premise: I don't like the idea that every expansion adds stuff to the 6 core classes, and the 2 new classes are ignored later on. The 6 core classes are going to start having too many skills that you'll be able to duplicate any new class by using a combination of core classes.
Of course, I find it difficult to imagine creating a combined race that would have the "canthan" background behind assassins and ritualists, and the "elonian" background of dervishes and paragons. The way the new professions are setup, they're almost culturally limited to the expansion they started out in....
... if the assassin/ritualists are "asian", and the paragon/dervishes are "african" ... what continent would have all 4 of them? It would be a pretty wacky place if the ritualist's spells start "enslaving" spirits that the dervish or paragon worship ... or if the ritualist's "ashes" are dervish or paragon heroes.
What I actually expect is that Chapter 4 will revisit the Tyrian continent, perhaps adding a Canthan settlement and thus allowing more content for the assassin/ritualist.
Then Chapter 5 will revisit the Canthan continent, adding an Elonian settlement, and thus allowing for more stuff for dervish/paragon.
And then, perhaps, Chapter 6 will introduce a brand new continent, and everyone is vying for control of it. So there will be a Tyrian settlement, a Canthan settlement, and an Elonian settlement. PvE would involve getting to the center of the continent ... and that's where the big PvP would be.
