Pre-order question only

i have not been around for preorders so dont know how this will work. i want to make sure i get my kewl item or whatever. does anyone know how far ahead these are available and how we find how what stores have what items for pre-order? =D

lol.. pre-order is avaliable from all video game stores once the guys over at Anet/ NCsoft enters the distribution phase, there is no "specific" store that you must pre-order from, but you'll find that most will tend to lean towards the more well estabilished companies, whether its retail stores or via the internet.

as for "what stores have what items"..... lol when has that ever happened in the past?

For Prophecies there were store specific pre order items in the USA.

I wonder if I can preorder just the CDkey, but not the box. You see, I live in Brazil, and the exchange rate already makes buying the cdkey alone for 50 dollars somewhat expensive, and if I had to actually pay for the transport of the box, it'd become prohibitively so. (GW, for some reason, is not being distributed in Brazil)

Even if I'm not able to preorder it like that, I'll surely buy the cdkey thru plaync as soon as it's available, as I did with the two other chapters, but having the special preorder bonuses would be nice

2nd i would hope you could pre-order just the key since that would really bite if you have to pay shipping and you just want to play i would ask Gaile, maybe she will see this and let us know.

They didn't do the store-exclusive items for Factions, so we don't know if they will for Nightfall either...but nothing is for sure.

The three stores that I remember having items were BestBuy, Gamestop, and EB Games.

On a side note, aside from having cool skins, the items sucked. If memory serves few if any were maxed.
