Well, everyone and their cousin has been telling me that Frenzy is calculated after Spirit Bond. Even though testing doesnt back this up at all...



That was me with 0 AL and Frenzy getting hit by a wand in a scrimmage. The +40 was from Spirit Bond.

So... thoughts?

well, i tested the same, it did work. once i used ps..it didnt. thats the thing while farming (where it really matters..), you always need PS up, and it wont trigger with it..meh

maybe its just the order you use the skills in..SB over frenzy and it wont, other way around maybe..shrug!

I tested this a while back with Holy Strike - SB didn't seem to trigger.

Have one person equip Frenzy, SB and Prot Spirit, and the other equip Holy Strike. Frenzy + Prot Spirit triggered on Holy Strike, but Frenzy + SB didn't.

I believe that at some point this was changed. I know for a fact that about three weeks ago when I tested Frenzy + Spirit Bond + Wastrel's Worry it didn't work. But now I have two reports saying that Frenzy and Spirit Bond do work together. I don't know when it was changed, but apparently it works now.

how much were u getting hit for before frenzy because i tested this aswell with my 15 armor and it didnt work

Prot spirit caps damage from frenzy before SB triggers off it, because frenzy increases the damage seperately from the hit.
Prot spirit caps damage from things like ele resist after SB triggers, because the armor change makes the base hit higher innately.

Something like that..
