in the new update anet to screwed up my warriors hair style. i used to have the same style as devonna and now its changed to some old granny hair style.

has this happened to anyone else and do i have to keep it or will anet realize what they did and change it?

my female ranger went from her nice pigtales (tyria) to so wack crap of a pigtales that are at the top of her head! O_o

im sooo not happy with this since this is my oldest character and one of my favorites

Yeah my female ranger's hair is different. It's like a whole new style. They should be chnaging stuff on our characters without our permission.

Happened to me too! mine looks stupid as hell,i liked the devona look! there is no way in hell that this is acceptable.... shes one of my favorite characters and have spent too much money on her for them to change my hair style!

and if the style HAS to be changed because its devonas or whatever they should at least let u pick the new one, not just give u a new stupud look.

The same thing happened to rangers a while back. What it is, is that some files in the update have the wrong name, and the client gets confused. No doubt it'll be fixed in an update tomorrow

Yes, the thread was moved into a 'generic update' type of thread, so now i really doubt an will see it... so...here it is again.

My ranger before and after.. I am very pissed off.

Someone said that all of the tyrian ranger hairs have changed in the creation screen... THis pisses me off even more. The whole reason I suffered through the tedious process of leveling up and ascending a tyrian character was for her hair, and her face...This new hair is some ugly crap. Stylists will NOT make it better even if they were implemented because this is not my change I would have to pay to remedy, but arena nets error.

My warrior has changed her hair style too

now it's the same as StarSeed.
She had the same as Devona and she was blond, now she is a brunette, what's going on?

My other warrior is from Cantha and no changes on her!

I have not checked my rangers yet ..... not happy tho.

Rangers are ok and my warrior has been fixed ...... I'm happy!

It looks as though only the Devona hairstyle for female warriors and the ranger pigtails got changed.. which is what both of mine were.. ugh.. Granny-pyramid hair and overzealous pigtails ftl..

That is how my 2 Warriors look like as they both have Devona's style of hair 1 blonde and the other auburn atleast my Ranger is fine.

Like I've said in other threads, exit GW, do the -image thing with a GW icon, and then log back on. I had similar problems (my necro's and ele's armor got messed up, along with some of my characters facial features), but after doing that, they were magically fixed.

Shadowfell I think it looks great before and after, this seems to only be happening to female chars and someone should ask an admin or try to contact Anet directly. I did when I was having a problem a few months back, they sent me an email and told me right away how to fix the problem. My advice though is don't send them an angry email, make it professional you'll get better results

Guys, you are not alone! I recently sent them a support request (I received a response in less than 2 hours! Wow!)...

This is what they told me:

imo the change looks hotter. the warrior hair makeover wasnt

Not worked for me - my female warrior's face and hair is still changed and her platemail armour has spikes where there weren't no spikes before.

Bah, they changed it back... I was ready to play that ranger again (so tired of the way she looked)...

Stylist please, since we know you can change the hair, just add a UI for us to do it by choice.
