hair problems

My warrior has changed her hair style too 
now it's the same as StarSeed.
She had the same as Devona and she was blond, now she is a brunette, what's going on?
My other warrior is from Cantha and no changes on her!
I have not checked my rangers yet ..... not happy tho.
Rangers are ok and my warrior has been fixed ...... I'm happy!

The whole reason I suffered through the tedious process of leveling up and ascending a tyrian character was for her hair, and her face...This new hair is some ugly crap. Stylists will NOT make it better even if they were implemented because this is not my change I would have to pay to remedy, but arena nets error. |

Shadowfell I think it looks great before and after, this seems to only be happening to female chars and someone should ask an admin or try to contact Anet directly. I did when I was having a problem a few months back, they sent me an email and told me right away how to fix the problem. My advice though is don't send them an angry email, make it professional you'll get better results

Guys, you are not alone! I recently sent them a support request (I received a response in less than 2 hours! Wow!)...
This is what they told me:
As you can see, they know about the problem, and a fix is coming. I was pretty pissed about my warrior too. Now I am much happier!
