2 = Merchant
3= Unsure. The two bonuses are good for runners, but the high req ruins a lot of running builds... wait for someone who has a clue about shields to check this for you ;p

Celestial Shield 15-20k~ imo.

Yeah pretty good almost perf. mixed stats but req kills it.
