i always keep one slot open account for a pvp char
because if you do your maths there are 8 profs in total + the 2 new ones.
i have six slots. how many proffesions don't i have a pve char for?
that right 2 plus the new 2. keeping one slot open for a pvp char is a must because it means i can pvp with other 3 proffesions that i don't have pves for.
this is pretty common practice for any pvp player.
basically if you don't have a pvp slot on your account then don't bother playing in the pvp weekend.
its not worth it.

Ditto. I also use only 4 of my six slots... Keeping the last two free for PvP (or anything else I want to do with them, I suppose...). The Derv and the Para are okay... But it's seriously not worth deleting a lvl 20 PvE character over...

Yep, you'll get 2 extra slots when you link Prophecies to an existing Factions account.
