Hi guys, I was running in R.A. with the prebuilt R/P called the "Pack Hunter", and noticed that when I used tiger's fury, my spears hit at an amazingly fast rate. After a little bit of thinking, we(us in PuP) realised that if we combined an orders necro with 3 of these R/P's, we could hit an amazing amount of damage in a short amount of time.
We have been running this for about half an hour, and we have 65 medallions.
Here is whats done:
•We brought a 105 HP necro with orders, using prot spirit and healing breeze in the same way a monk solo farmer would to negate damage. This way she(she is a female player) could spam orders, and still be able to have enough health left not to worry about her own and heal us some. She also carries extinguish to remove conditions from far away.
•We brought 3 of the rangers, spamming "tiger's fury" with the spears to hit about 1 spear every .05 seconds. The added DPS from the pet attack "Ferocious Strike" can't hurt either. The best part: you can spam Paragon skills without hitting serious energy management problems that the Paragons have because of Expertise. The rangers bring +armor while in stance armor, the +45 health while in stance paragon shield, one vamp spear, and one sundering spear.
One person is designated as the target caller, calls a target, and the team goes after it with waves of spears.
"What about energy drainers on the other team?"
As long as you have 6 energy on the ranger, you will be okay because thats all you need for tiger's fury, which is the bulk of your damage output.
"What about guardian and things to block the attacks?"
The damage almost never stops so just switch targets. Aegis would be a bit harder but is rare in TA.
This build is tested by us, mostly flawless wins were acheived, and its late over here so we had to stop because we are tired!
[PuP] wanted to share this build with everyone, hope it gives you a good time!
If you want more info on this build or give feedback, you can pm the first 4 people to run it:
The Ice Master, Becca Rose, Anima Evasen, and Lueur Inspiratrice.
...or just post back on this thread

I had a great RA group. It was somewhat like your build: 2 R/Ps, 1 R/Me Interupter with Blackout, and a Healing Monk.
We got to 20 in a row with it. Target called, and then let the spears fly.

23 Cons Wins for my team. We had 3 R/P's and a Boon Prot. Am I the only one who's thinking of the word overpowered?

There are counters people just aren't running yet because this is so new. I mean we did wind up losing a few too, we had some teams with some good hexes that made us attack too slow, diversion to stop our tiger's fury, etc.
Nevin
These guys aren't overpowered at all. Wild blow, blind.... Com'n now think logically.
zoozoc
They are essentially ranged bunny thumpers, without the knockdown or being able to be smited off, but with range attacks.

They really do lack any kind of snares.

So that's what you were doing earlier...
R/Ps are not only somewhat imba, but practically skill-less. All follow target and spam spam spam... Not much of a fan of them myself..
