HELP! wnats going on with my rubber banding and errors

I would like to know your opinions on this.Past week or so,ive been rubber banding,freezing up and erroring out just like ''that''.Its mainly in HA but occasionally other places, thing is,im not sure if its my router which can be iffy at times to say the least,or the problem lies elsewhere.Its mainly the sudden error's without warning doing my head in tho,i cant get any HA in hardly and its annoying me.So i would just like your opinions on this thanks!
