Yeah, I'll just straight to the point:
Prayer to Dwanya:
25 energy, 4 second casting, 60 second recharge
Pray to Dwanya for healing and all party members are blessed with a +2 health regeneration and +45 health for 40-55 seconds.

Prayer to Balthazar:
25 energy, 4 second casting, 60 second recharge
Pray to Balthazar for strength. For 40-55 seconds all party members deal holy damage and do +10 damage per hit. All attacks in this way have a 10% armor penetration.

Balthazar's Sword {Elite}:
15 energy, 1 second casting, 35 second recharge
Wield Balthazar's sword and for 30 seconds you deal holy and and do +10-29 more damage. All attacks have a 10% armor penetration.

More "All Party Members" skills is good, but those ones last way too long. Only 25 energy cost would justify those durations. The Balth's Sword elite looks more like a skill a ritualist would have, seeing how it's a weapon spell.

Dwayna is Fine

Bathazar is problematic, imagine if applyed to a ranger spike

4* dual shot = 8 Arrows

so thats 80 Damage already, but then 10% Armour Penetration? were talking a 100+ Damage boost from one skill. sure, order of pain Is Far more Effective, but it also has a health sacrifice, and a *Much* shorter duration to boot.

40-45 seconds is obscene, 5-10 seconds would be acceptable (and even 10 Seconds is Iffish)

Sword is also a problem, Assuming this is to be stacked with a normal Sword, the DPS of this weapon would be Obscene, combined with frenzy you'd be applying more pressure than two warriors by yourself. Reduce the damage to 7..14 and its better

Should also be a ritualist spell

Holy damage ignores armor, so unless you are planning on maing this holy damage like the Judges Insight dmg......Change it to Light damage.

Yeha Galthazar's would be smite. ANd hehe, I should've added that the elite would be only in melee...... That would've been helpful.

Holy damage from the skill ignores armour, but if your sword is dealing holy damage, it is still subject to armour, because your sword is still being deflected by the targets armour. Take it from someone who tests these things out on a regular bases. The only benefit to having a weapon deal holy damage is its increased damage versus undead and a particular Necromancer armour.

Light and Holy are debatable to be exactly the same. Much like shadow and dark damage.

Balthazar's sword is too powerful. Change it.

Change Prayer to Dwayna, make it an enchantment, and reduce the time to a max cap of 30 seocnds. It will otherwise be the longest enchantment in the game.

Prayer of Balthazar should be reduced to 1..7 damage, exactly like judges insight is. The party bonus is makes this too powerful, even more than his Aura
