Found this image which is very similar to Conjure Phanatism on another game.. and was wondering if them using it is against any of GWG's or GW's legal statements.

Captain, contact anet and let them know. That IS the conjure phantasm art. Contact Anet with the violator and they'll take care of it.

Well it is a rpg, i think they'd be lienent with this because you know, if D&D was to copyright every last thing they had then we would have basically no rpg we have now adays..

GW had it first, since I remember the day when dota had that new skill update, they used that conjure phantom image and I was like "lol wtf that looks exactly like conjure phantom, he must of copyed it from gw". But I never really did anything

Oh, and I'm pretty sure the image was given by another player, so it wasn't the main ppl of dota's fault, but they still used it...so yeah
