Damage +14% (while health above 50%)
Life Stealing 3
Health Regeneration -1
Armor +7 (vs. physical attacks)

This seems pretty good even though it's not a max 15/50. I know the sticky has the Pheonix Blade listed as "req10 15^50, ~150-250k", but I don't know how much of a detriment the 14/50 is to the overall value.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

These swords are going down a little bit as well, baseline pricing thread has little bit too high prices for these imho, 30k-40k~
