I know this has to have been posted here a thousand times, but I haven't seen it and I know other board noobs wouldn't have seen it.

So has anyone (other than board elders) noticed the Orlando Bloom skin for the Rangers in Prophecies?

I was grouped with Legolas 101093123 tonight.

Last week it was only up to Legolas 101092393, so I think you are right that people are noticing more.

Apperently not only do people from GW hate Runescape, but they hate LotR as well. Go figure

Since when? I don't recall anybody here saying they hated LoTR. Personally I love the books (liked the movies but felt they were severely lacking).

It's just seeing 128,756,918,469,817,694,870 Rangers named something involving "Legolas" is annoying and disturbing. They are raping the good name of literature!

Besides, it also serves to show that they have a lack of imagination, which is something I personally value highly in fantasy-genre gamers.

Anyone who has Legolas in their name is a total 10 year old LOTR fan/also big newb, not the guy you want on your team. (Or worse. Is it possible? I hope not)

Yeah it seems like I see a new Legolas everytime i play. On another note ever since Factions released Ive seen Assassins with Naruto names

Still legolas is a thousand times better than alot of the names I see. Like Ranger Dood, I kill stuff, ect. Careful what you complain about. It can always be worse.

Good lord, thats the truth. I've never seen so many deliberately malcontrived names in all my life.

For some reason I have seen like 25 people with "Drizzt" somewhere in their name. What does "Drizzt" mean, and where does it come from?

It's another character from fantasy literature and gaming, such as Baldur's Gate and the Forgotten Realms books.

I was gonna name my first Ranger Lego Ass. Just for giggles. Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me enter that name........ I wonder why?

I've seen afew R/W's who have named themselve after Aragon or Strider.

Knowhere near as common as legolas tho...
