PC on 2 shields and a flame artifact

Found these on various travels in Tyria. I'm usually not bad for the self PC's but these made me go eh? Anyway, any suggestions to price is helpful.

Max Armor
Req 11 Tactics
Armor +10 (vs Undead)
Reduces Physical Damage by 2 (while enchanted)

Max Armor
Req 9 Tactics
Earth Magic +1 (20%)

Max Energy
Req 9 Fire
Armor +10 (vs Undead)
Halves Casting time of Spells (10%)

Any suggestions what to do with them / prices gratefully recieved.

I'm hopeless with shields but I can safely say that the Summit Warlord is due for a trip to the merchant.

As for the flame artifact, you wouldn't happen to have a pic of the item would you?

Thanks for the help guys, I suspected that shield for the bin. The flame artifact is the common as mud orange flamey one. I'll be sticking them on auctions later.
