Can not retake a primary quest

When I bought Factions about a month ago, I brought my ranger to Kaineng briefly and did the Vizunah Square mission. After finishing the mission I took the primary quest Finding the Oracle, but did not start it. A little later, I decided I wanted to finish Prophecies with my ranger before I did anything Factions related, so I abandoned all the quests related to Factions, including the Finding the Oracle quest. Now that I'm about to finish up Prophecies, I decided to startup again on Factions. I decided to get Finding the Oracle from the messenger, but he does not give it to me. I've redone the Vizunah Square mission again, to see if that would trigger him to give it to me, but it does not work. The other quests that I abandoned are all available except that primary. Can anyone give me a suggestion as to what I should do?

i cant seem to get to Vizunah im sure i abandoned the Welcome to Cantha quest and now i cant get it again i want to get further but it wont let me, those stupid gates blocking my way are not helping either

This could possibly be from the update, a lot of problems were created when they did it.

If he told you to find Mhenlo in Shadow Passage... you might want to go
in there and see if he's there waiting for you.

I'm the same as Rampager, it was before the update.

I checked to make sure, and he wasn't there. I'm about to go see if Nika is in Bukdek Byway.

this is really annoying i have talked to every npc possible and still cant get any further than marketplace/kaineng i really want to explore this area

The only other thing I can think of is to go back to Bejunkan Pier and
see if the guy at the dock will give you it again. Or even go back to
Lions Arch and try the skills guy again.

That is why you should never abandon a primary quest. Unless they fix it you probably cant do it. You could try contacting support to get it fixed. I know theres a bug with quests in the desert and 2nd attrib quest and some people got that fixed by contacting them.
