Mop M' Up Build - ? about certain skills.

I really like that build but I dont have Spiteful Spirit and Insidious Parasite, are those propecy only skills, can I unlock spiteful spirt somewhere if I only have factions. If not, what are some good replacements or exact skills just different name in factions. Lastly what enfeebling blood do to help that build

SS is prophecies only, and is irreplacible.
as for insiduious parasite....closest is empathy(mes) or prive of failure(nec)
