GW shop "Could not connect to the emrchant account provider"

ok I need help when I click Pruxhase It keep telling me this error

"Could not connect to the emrchant account provider" -.-


anyone have this or know how to fix it plz I really need help

Can I get more details on the bug please?

I try to buy new slot for my account, all info for payment are ok but when I press purchase it say "could not connect to the merchant account provider"

so...i'm at work and there's no new update notes on guildwars.com...

Yup, the store's back and it works.

the store is being hammered right now because so many people are trying to access it. Give it time and keep trying.

Just keep trying every so often untill you get a confirmation screen. The error is caused by too many users trying to buy the slots. I had to try about 10 times in half an hour before it went through.
