Skill Points?

I have a total of 11 skill points and have no idea what to do with them? Anyone know what there used for?

You can visit a skills merchant and pay some gold and a skill point to learn a new skill. You can also buy a capture signet that will let you take a elite skill from a boss corpse.

Whatever you do, don't spend your skill points. You should wait and do the quests for the skills, as most of the skills you can find a quest and get them for a reward. Later in the game you'll find that skill points are really valuable to you and are 15,000 experience each. For example, the skill trader in ascalon has skills you can buy, but you can do a quest to get them in the sardelac sanitarium for free, which isn't much further away.
