halves casting time of spells (10%)
halves skill recharge of spells (9%)
hp+30
Armor+7 (vs physical attacks)

Hard to sell, I have trouble selling ritualist items.

didnt know it wasnt max dmg, lowers price greatly.. thanks bsumlin. its really hard to find a buyer, true value is in the buyer's hands

Sadly, though, the damage is imperfect and the requirement is way high for a staff. There's no way this is worth 20K. Keep in mind mods don't add any value (hale, shelter) since most people will add their own mods.

My communing staff is hale enchanting, perfect damage and req 9. It halves casting time with a 20% chance, enchantments last 11% longer and health +20. It was 5K.

An imperfect staff with reqs that high would peobably fetch you about what you paid for it, I'm afraid
