High requirement, but this matters only to a collector, not a pyro... Both inherent mods are perfect but a 'while enchanted' health mod is less popular amongst casters in general. However, contrary to what some might say, there are plenty of E/Mos who probably remain enchanted throughout a whole battle so:

~10k-ish; give or take a couple of ks

Btw, what's the skin?
