Could I get a PC on these items:

Blunt Dmg: 19-35 (Req. 8 Hammer M.)
Dmg. +20% (while health is below 50%)
Lenghtens Weaknes duration on foes by 33%
Hammer Mastery +1 (19% chance while using a skill)


Poisonous Kris Daggers
Piercing Dmg: 7-17 (Req. 8 Dagger M.)
Dmg. +15% (while hexed)
Lenghtens Poison duration on foes by 33%
