gah! I don't get it!

I go into Deldrimor Bowl to help my friend, yay. I come back into Beacon's and back out and Bowl doesn't load. Finally after 5 minutes it does. Noooow I can't move. When I do move, no one sees me moving. I can't read my text, no one else can. If the text comes up its 5 minutes later. Same thing happens @ grenth's footprint outside warcamp. Next the same effects take place inside Vizunah Square, before I enter. What the hell is going on here!?

Well, the usual question is your internet connection speed? system ram? video card ram?

But this may be due to server load caused by the Nightfall pvp demo weekend.

My connection has been perfectly fine until this weekend..I think I should reinstall GW right now.

Don't do that yet. There are more complaints. Maybe it gets better after the weekend.

This happened to me. Just close GW and re-start it. All should be okay

I think it's just very bad lag. I've had this happen before, only lasts about 10 minutes, but it's still very annoying.

yep its lagg the best thing to do is restart guild wars or you could do this in team talk to let them know whats going on:
