I got to think about weapon mods/shouts/chants while staring at my screen looking at a list of spear, I was going to use the prebuild that has all those shouts and chants, and wished I could have a spear(or weapon in general) that has a "+15% Damage (When under the effects of a Chant or Shout)" Or something similar to that maybe even +20...Sheilds would also fit in with this like, "Reduces pyhsical damage by 5" (Chants only usually last 10 seconds or so) and then "Health +30" >Both "(while under chant/shout)"
Any more ideas to add on to this?

If they added such a mod then it would have to drop in all chapters, but it would only really be useful in Nightfall since there would be less people using chants/shouts elsewhere. Im not sure it would work so well. The current mods work with all chapters but that mod would only have real use in Nightfall. I doubt they would add mods that only work for 1 chapter, but some new inherent weapon mods would be nice.

PvE characters dont use PvP only weaapons do they?
And then again I htought, maybe just give the new classes (D and P) more variants in armor and do that with armor +20 vs pyhsical attacks (while under the effects of a chant/shout) or even just regular armor but meh, it could go for all classes as a variant in Nightfall :/

I'd like to see new mods like
-vorpal: improved criticals while life > 50%, vs. hexed, etc...
-soul-weakening: lower target energy -1 per hit while opponent energy > 25%
-rejuvination: 15% chance that 1 random skill gets recharged instantly
These are just arbitrary ideas, so balancing suggestions are welcome.
